There is NO MEET this weekend, and there is NO PRACTICE on Monday, May 29th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Our next meet is Saturday, June 3 @ Tracy. Meet information will be coming soon; the meet will NOT be at the same pool. 

Just a few other reminders now that we are into the season:

Meet/Swimmer Registration:

If you need to notify us of a swimmer that is ill, cannot make the event, etc., please contact Joe Le Bel, Meet Director. DO NOT contact the coach(es) directly. If you have event preferences or concerns, please use the 'Notes to Coaches' field in the app or on the website when registering your swimmer. Trust me, we read every single one. 

For relays, if your swimmer is only available for Freestyle relays, click 'available for relays' and use the notes field to communicate this (i.e. Free Relay only). 

We understand that illness and injury are unavoidable and unplanned; please communicate absences as soon as possible to Joe Le Bel. No-shows have a snowball affect on the coaches and other swimmers; we don't want to have to tell 3 families that committed to staying all day for relays that their relay team is scratched because of a no-show.

Meet Check-In and Volunteer Jobs

Your point-of-contact is Kathleen Nisen. If you have issues with the jobs or the app, please contact her directly. On meet day, ALL SWIMMERS AND VOLUNTEERS must check in during the check in times we send out. When you arrive to the meet, please make this your first order of business. If you are not checked in at the close of check-in, your swimmer will likely be scratched from events and relays. We understand things happen, again, just please communicate changes and the like as soon as you can.

During the meets, if you have any issues or need assistance, please find any ROST Board Member and we will be happy to assist you.

All this said, everyone is doing a FANTASTIC JOB!!! This boat only moves if we are all rowing in the same direction, and so far so good!!!
