Practices
The single most important rule of swim team practice is BEING THERE. Being there and being on time, every day, is how your swimmer learns self-discipline and how to be a responsible, contributing member of the team. Please do your part to ensure your swimmer takes practice seriously. Consistent swimmers are rewarded for their diligence. Swimmers practice according to ability and age groups.

Parents, friends, non-swim team siblings of swimmers, spouses/friends/non swim team members are restricted to the bleacher area to observe during practices. This rule will be strictly enforced for safety purposes. Coaches or board members will ask you to leave the deck if this policy is violated. There are NO exceptions.
