Sign Up For A Meet
IMPORTANT NOTE! Please DECLARE your swimmers availability for EVERY meet by the sign up deadline, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING! If you leave your swimmer UNDECLARED, your swimmer WILL be scheduled for the meet! (this is automated by the system so please don't wait)

| 1 | Go to the Discovery Bay River Otters Swimtopia url https://riverotters.swimtopia.com/login | The Discovery Bay River Otters Swimtopia page is displayed |
| 2 | Enter your email, password and Click the Sign In button | You are successfully signed in |
| 3 | Go to the Meet/Event Calendar menu and choose Meet Calendar | The Meet calendar page is displayed |
| 4 | Click on the Meet Entry button | The family Swim Meet Status page is displayed |
| 5 | Click the Edit button | The Meet Declaration page is displayed |
| 6 | From the drop down menu next to your child's name choose Attending or Not Attending | If you choose Attending the "Is "Your Child" available to Swim Relays" prompt is displayed |
| 7 | Choose the appropriate option from the drop down menu regarding your child's availabilty for relays | Click the Save button |
