Have you heard the "Meet of Champions" buzz going around the swim deck.  Also terms like "qualifying times", "MOC" and "gold caps".  For those of you who are new, this is all about the final meet of the season in Sacramento where each Recreation Swim Team may enter eligible swimmers to attend. Swimmers are eligible to swim any event in which they place in the top 10 of their recognized summer league championship meet OR who meet the minimum time standard for each event. IF this is at all confusing to you, don't worry!  Just ask one of the board members for further clarification about who will be attending this last meet.
