Champs Warm-ups

The times assigned are non-negotiable :) We have a short amount of time with only 5 lanes for the team. Be ready to GO GO GO. Late kids will not be able to warm-up. (thank goodness it's a home pool).

Following warm-ups at 7:00AM we will have a team meeting and will be video taping team cheers. BE ON TIME OR you will miss the fun!

6 & Under ~ No warm-up :)-

7/8 6:25-6:30AM Lanes 1 thru 5

9/10 6:15-6:25AM Lanes 1 thru 5

11/12 6:00-6:15AM Lanes 4 & 5

13/14 6:00-6:15AM Lane 3

15/18 6:00-6:15AM Lanes 1 & 2
