Hello families,

Hope everyone is ready for PICTURE DAY!!! We are all set with our photographer for Friday, May 3, from 4-8 p.m. There are several things you need to know, so please read this email to the end so you are all set.

1. Sign up for a time slot. There are slots for larger families (3+ swimmers) and buddies, as well as slots for for families who are not doing buddy shots and only have 1-2 swimmers. Sign up here. If you are doing a buddy shot, please have one parent sign up for the time slot for the buddy shot and coordinate with the group so that you are all there at the same time. 

2. You must "OPT IN" via text message before picture day to order photos. There is NO PREPAY. Once pictures are ready for ordering, all those that have opted-in via text will receive the private link and access code to place their orders. All orders are mailed directly to parents' homes. To opt in: text2024ROST to 90738.

3. We are going to have a different flow for our photos this year. As usual, pictures will take place at the Liberty Pool, however: we need all families to walk up the alley past the pool gate, turn left, and enter through the back of the pool building (where the restrooms are). Once inside, each swimmer will take a stand-alone photo that will be used to compile the team photo. Then you will proceed to the pool deck, where individual/sibling/buddy photos will be taken. Finally, exit through the gate.

4. Team suits should be worn for photos. If you haven't ordered one and still want to, visit our team store. You can get it here in time for an additional $15 fee.
