Hello Team, 

Just a reminder we have our team tie-dye event tonight :-) 

Swimmers in 6U, 7/8, and 9/10 practice groups will color their shirts AFTER their practice. 

Swimmers in the "11 and up" practice group should arrive early and color their shirts BEFORE practice. 

What to bring: your ROST team shirt (handed out during time trials, we will have the rest on deck tonight). You can have it rubber-banded already, or we will have rubber bands tonight. The internet has all kinds of ideas for stripes, patters, etc., if you need inspiration. We also recommend a plastic bag to bring the shirt home in, to avoid color transfer on you, your swimmer, your car, or anything else. 

What to expect: we will have a few buckets of soda ash to dunk your shirt in, then move onto the bottles of color (red, blue, and yellow) to create your unique design. After, place your shirt in a plastic bag and take home. Let it sit for 24-48 hours, then rinse. 

Swimmers can wear their shirts this weekend to the Tracy Invitational. They'll go perfect with the swag I'll be handing out at check-in ;-)

Remember, registration for the meet closes at 5 pm tonight. You can attend both days or just one. If you haven't signed in or out, please do so.
