Good Evening ROST 'Rents!

Congratulations to all swimmers and families that participated in today's dual meet at Turlock. Another good day for the River Otters. 

We have the information for next weekends Modesto Invitational. This will be held at Oakdale HS. Swimmer registration/volunteer job positions open tomorrow at 10am. 

Swimmer entries close at 5pm on Wednesday. There will not be extensions. Please make your declaration on time. Swimmers may request up to 3 individual events. We are limited to 2 relay teams per relay at this event.

Job signups close at 5pm on Thursday.

General meet information is attached, and I'll pass along the site map when I receive it. Warmups are at 720am. Check-in will close at 715am.

Generally, things are going pretty smoothly; that said, here are a few items to reinforce previous communications:

• Swimmer registration is a request to swim those events. The coaching staff makes the final decision(s) on swimmer placements. Please use the notes to coach function when registering to communicate to the coaching staff. 
• Check-in at the event is MANDATORY for all swimmers. If you are running late, you must contact Joe and Kat (if you have a volunteer job assignment). Swimmers not checked in by 715am will be scratched. The minutes leading up to the meet are extremely busy, and we simply cannot chase swimmers and parents. Please make the check-in table your first stop upon arrival to the team site. 
• We appreciate the continued willingness of many of our parents to try new jobs. Please get with Kat or myself if you are signing up for a job you have never done before so we can set you up for success. 
• If you have to cancel your registration, this must be communicated to me directly.
