Hello River Otters,

Hope everyone is enjoying their off season. We have some announcements:

First, the MOC awards have arrived, so if you were a MOC swimmer this year, please plan to join us at Mountain Mikes, 1185 2^nd St. in Brentwood, from 12:30 – 2 on Sunday, Sept. 20. This event is open to everyone who qualified for MOC and swam at MOC. Pizza and drinks will be provided for swimmers. Please RSVP to Dawnmarie at 925-784-4942 so we have a headcount.

Second, we are looking for someone who would like to organize our entry in the Brentwood Christmas Parade. You are free to create something as simple (we have some ideas) or complicated (you’re on your own!) as you like. We take care of the entry fee and have some supplies. Please reach out if you are interested. The parade is usually the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
