The River Otters Board and Coaching Staff have a special clinic schedule for Saturday, June 10th from 10am-2pm at Liberty High School. This clinic will be open to River Otter swimmers ONLY. Sample timeline for the day: Introductions 10 am-10:10 am Demonstrations 10:10 am-10:25 am Warmup as group (with cal swimmers in each lane) 10:25 am-10:40 am Breakout groups 10:40 am-12 pm (~20 minutes a group) 30 minute lunch break BRING YOUR OWN 12 pm-12:30 pm Q&A 12:30 pm - 12:50 pm Starts, turns, relays 12:50 pm- 1:45 pm Photos & autographs 1:45 pm -2:00 pm |

BRING YOUR TEAM SHIRT! If you have not picked yours up yet, I will have them with me on Wednesday. If you practice before 5PM, you can work on your creation after practice! If you practice after 5pm, come early to make your creation! Take some time and check out YouTube for great ideas on creating some cool designs. This usually goes much smoother if you show up to practice with your shirt already rubber banded in a plastic bag. I will have some rubber bands on hand, and a small supply of bags so please try and remember to bring one. You don't want to carry out your shirt or let it touch your car seats! I will also have gloves. We should be ready to start around 4:15. If you are in the last practice group, I suggest doing your shirt prior as I won't be able to stay past 6. Looking forward to seeing all your creations! |
