Tie Dye Practice Day!
During Swim Practice
Start: 6:00 PM
End: 7:45 PM
Bring your team shirt! We will be set up under the tree behind the bleachers with dye and rubber bands. Check out Pinterest or Google for pattern idea. It is recommended to bring a plastic bag to place it in after dying. If you didn’t get your team tee during time trials, we will have shirts on deck that night. |

The first swim meet of the season! This meet will determine the times for your swimmer, in each stroke, so they can be placed accordingly in the proper heat and lane assignments for the rest of the swim meets. **NEW FAMILIES** This is a great meet to see how things run, get experience in volunteer jobs, see the general set up of a meet and parent area and experience the chaos of swim meets! It's fun, we promise! |

Try on a team suit during practice to figure out your size! Team suits are sold directly through Agon Suits and are purchased at your own discretion. Click on the "TEAM SUITS" link in our Team Store to purchase. Make sure to place your order during our bulk order window April 7-12 to save on shipping costs. Suit will be shipped to the team and distributed during practice. Please save your team suit for meets only and do not wear to practice :-) |

Liberty pool is unavailable, so we are moving things over to Heritage High School (101 American Ave., Brentwood) today BUT ONLY FOR ages 11 and up. Unfortunately, because the pool was not available until 7:30, we will only be hosting our later practices that evening. All swimmers 10 and under get the night off. |

We are excited to participate in Brentwood’s 43rd Annual Holiday Parade on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 5-7. If you'd like to walk with us, plan on meeting up at 4pm that day! We will try to set up close to the corner of 1st street between Elm and Fir Street. Dust off your ROST spirit wear and swag! Break out your parka, sweats and swim cap!
